This place has the best pot roast in thearea. Very disappointed that they were out of pot roast on a Sunday afternoon. Not good considering their menu claims they cook it every morning.....they also have 5 items on the menu that are made with the potroast that I was assured they had....only to be told they were out of anything that had potroast....so I reluctantly ordered the mushroom chicken mushrooms.....it ended up being really good...not the pot roast....but still really good

I’ve dined in and placed an order for pick and both times the service was speedy and food was hot! I’ve ordered off their lunch and breakfast menu and each time was delicious and tasted incredibly fresh. The staff is super friendly, too! I 100% recommend Lakeshore Eatery.

Great family style place to stop and get food. Great service. They have some food that is really good and some thats just ok. Really depends what you get. Very budget friendly.

I went to eat with family at 4:30 it took 10 minutes to be greeted at table. Order was wrong, food was cold and server was almost non existent.

Great food! Atmosphere could use a makeover... the colors need to be softer, less red, floors and walls shouldn't be the same color. My husband used to love it there, but his anxiety kicks into overdrive when we dine there now.

Great little family restaurant. Simple, homestyle food. Absolutely AMAZING servers, who really care. Love this place.

I paid much more then what I got. I got alot of fries. I expected more of the chicken wrap that I expected to be larger. The taste of the wrap and fries was not too good. My friend suggested this place. I will not go to this place again.

Love this place. Live nearby and eat there often. Everything we've tried has been great. Favorites are omelettes and the burgers. Burgers are awesome!!

This place is in constant flux. I have had excellent experiences and ones bordering on horrifying. The salad bar..though welcome..is barely worthwhile. Take your chances, you might pick a good day.

We ate here today and it was wonderful! Their salad bar is wonderful. Everything is fresh and they have PICKLED EGGS & BEETS ON THE BAR!!! They were delicious. We also had the chicken noodle soup and it was extremely tasty! To finish we had the build your own burgers. They were cooked very well and fries were amazing!! This place is fast, friendly and delicious !! I would give more stars if I could. Not to mention that the place is really cheap for the quality and amount of food!!

Wife and I stopped in and the wife had breakfast, and I had lunch. Both meals were totally delicious, and I especially loved the Lakeshore Burger. The wife had eggs , gravy, and biscuits with hash browns . A waitress was super efficient and very friendly as were the rest of the people there. We had a totally enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant that anyone that's looking for good food in a friendly environment!

Great breakfast! Perfect portions with great pricing. Wait staff was wonderfuly kind and courteous. Gina tended to my questions and substitutions to my meal with no guff, and made sure my coffee was always fresh and hot. I had visited in the past, and let me tell you... if you are a fan of potroast, you'll love theirs! If you visit Lakeshore Eatery, make sure you take advantage of their Belly app!

Reasonably priced food like what you would make for yourself. We eat here three or four times each month. And John's buffets are fantastic!

Wow! Loved this place! Super nice new waitress! Collards were better than those down South & i taught school there for 22 years so I should know! Baked chicken and garlic bread we're delicious....will definitely be back! The restaurant owner should be very proud!!!

My mom and I go often. The service isn't the greatest but the food is good and the portions are large. Prices are decent. I wish they had a few more choices for healthful food and/or vegetarian/vegan options.

So far every time I've come here it's been a wonderful experience... The staff is friendly and quick... You get a lot of portion... And the prices are extremely good especially with the amount of portions you get. Over all it's a great place and a little hidden gem in mentor...
